Terms of Service

Lime Light Management is a worldwide platform and management agency for performing artists and creative professionals. By creating an account, you confirm the details you provide are accurate.

Signing for management is free — there's no charge to apply and be represented. The following are optional, separately paid services: Platform Membership (talent profile and directory listing), Brand Identity Service, Life Coaching, and Event Bookings.

• You're responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• Talent profiles must be accurate and represent you or your genuine work.
• We can suspend or remove profiles that are inaccurate, abusive, or violate these Terms.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your full card details.
• Platform Membership, Brand Identity, and Life Coaching are subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Event Booking pricing is agreed individually per booking.
• Refunds are considered case by case — contact info@limelight-mgmt.com.

The service is provided "as is." We aren't liable for the independent professional activity of talent on the platform, or arrangements made directly between members and third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded under UK law.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
